How Guided Autobiography Helps:
It has helped me to remember happenings, people and places that brought some meaning to my life at that time, and even as the years rolled by. So often as we stay focused on our present, it is easy to forget the important past. So it gets hidden, even though we regularly use what was important then, we never think about it now.
For those who come after us and want, or need, to know "why", the idea of your "guided autobiography" can become important to them.
